If you have recently married and need to switch from a fiancé visa to a spouse visa, our professional team are available to make the process as comfortable as possible. Our typical costs will be £995. This cost will usually cover the preparation and lodging of an application under the Immigration Rules and will cover all work up to and including the Home Office or Embassy decision. We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office or Embassy will take to process your application; however, these types of applications can usually take up to between 3 to 6 months from the date of the application being submitted. The cost is for a standard straightforward application. For a more complex application you can contact us for a specific cost estimate. There will also be a Home Office or Embassy application fee to pay in addition to ours costs which you will have to pay directly as part of the application process. Our costs will not include any advice and assistance in relation to any appeal in the event that the application is refused. We shall confirm whether VAT is properly chargeable when we have been instructed as this will depend on where you live and your immigration permission.
