We have a committed team dealing specifically with refugee claims and appeals. Refugee claims
We can advise and assist at the very start of any claim, as well as taking cases on where a claim for asylum has already been made. Our fully qualified team are experts at evaluating cases and any evidence supporting the refugee claim. If your existing legal representative no longer wishes to pursue your case, we are happy to give a second opinion on the merits of the case.
Further submissions
Over the years, we have witnessed cases where new or fresh evidence comes to light in instances following refusal of an asylum claim where all appeals being exhausted. This requires careful and expert analysis to ensure it will lead to the home office for reconsideration. There is a due process that one must be completed before being granted settlement.
